How to Withdraw Your Cashback
Once cashback lands in your wallet, you can withdraw it at any time through several payment methods. Here's how the process works and what to expect.
Where to start
Go to Dashboard → Withdrawals. You'll see your available balance at the top — this is what's ready to withdraw.
To start a new withdrawal, click New Withdrawal.
Available withdrawal methods
CashBak supports a range of payout options so you can choose what suits you best:
- Cryptocurrencies — Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT (ERC20 and TRC20)
- Binance Pay — fast settlement, low fees
- Bank Transfer (USD) — direct to your bank account
- Skrill — e-wallet payouts
Each method has its own minimum amount, fees, and processing time. You'll see these clearly before confirming any withdrawal — no hidden charges.
What you need to provide
The information required depends on the method:
- Crypto — your wallet address on the matching network. Double-check the network (ERC20 vs TRC20 vs Bitcoin) before submitting. Sending to the wrong network usually means lost funds.
- Binance Pay — your Binance Pay ID.
- Bank Transfer — full bank account details (account number, beneficiary name, bank name, SWIFT/IBAN if international).
- Skrill — your registered Skrill email.
You can also save a payment method under Dashboard → Saved Methods so you don't have to enter the same details every time.
The withdrawal lifecycle
Every withdrawal goes through these stages:
- Pending Review — you submitted; our team is reviewing
- Approved — review passed; queued for payout
- Processing — payout is being executed
- Paid — funds sent; you'll see the transaction reference
If something is wrong, you may see:
- Rejected — with a reason from our team
- Cancelled — you (or our team) cancelled before processing
You can track each withdrawal's stage on the Withdrawals page in real time.
How long does it take?
Processing times vary by method:
- Crypto (Binance Pay) — often within minutes once approved
- Crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT) — typically 15–60 minutes once approved (network conditions can vary)
- Skrill — instant once approved
- Bank Transfer — 1–3 business days once approved
Approval itself is usually quick, but the first withdrawal on a new account may take a bit longer while we verify everything is in order.
Fees
Fees depend on the method — some charge a flat fee (e.g., $1), others a small percentage. The exact fee is shown on the withdrawal form before you confirm. The amount you actually receive is the net amount displayed on the same screen.
Common questions
- Can I cancel a withdrawal? — Yes, while it's still in Pending Review. Once approved or processing, it can no longer be cancelled.
- The address I used was wrong — Contact support immediately. We can sometimes catch a request before it's executed, but once funds are sent on-chain, we can't reverse them.
- My withdrawal is taking longer than expected — Open a support ticket from the withdrawal record itself. We'll see the exact context and respond quickly.
