Eligibility & Age Policy

CashBak services are intended only for adults of legal age in their jurisdiction who reside in a country where our service and the partner broker are lawfully available. The following sections describe who may use CashBak and the conditions you must meet.

1. Minimum Age: 18 Years

CashBak services are available only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of registration. Use of our platform, creation of an account, or receipt of cashback by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.

2. Age Requirement Per Local Law

If the legal age of majority in your country, state, province, or jurisdiction is higher than 18, that higher local age applies. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet the local legal minimum age to open a broker account, to trade, and to receive cashback.

3. Age Verification

Brokers we partner with are required to perform identity and age verification (KYC) before allowing trading or withdrawals. CashBak may also request government-issued ID, date of birth, or other proof of age at any time. Failure to provide valid documentation may result in suspension or closure of your account.

4. Consequences of Underage Use

If we discover that an account holder is below the minimum age, we will: (a) suspend the account immediately, (b) cancel any pending or accrued cashback, (c) close the account permanently, and (d) cooperate with the partner broker on any required action. Any cashback balance in violation of this policy may be forfeited under the terms of our agreement with the broker.

5. General Eligibility

To use CashBak you must (i) be a natural person — not a corporation, fund, or anonymous entity unless agreed by us in writing; (ii) reside in a country where CashBak services and the relevant broker are lawfully available; (iii) provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date registration information; and (iv) comply with all applicable laws of your jurisdiction.

6. Account Restrictions

One account per person. Sharing your login credentials, transferring your account, or operating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeit of cashback balances.

You must register using your real legal identity. Fake names, stolen identities, third-party impersonation, or registration on behalf of another person without written authorization is prohibited.

7. Parental and Guardian Responsibility

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors under their care do not access CashBak or open broker accounts. CashBak is not liable for any losses, regulatory violations, or other consequences arising from unauthorized use of our services by a minor.

8. KYC at Withdrawal

Withdrawing cashback may require additional Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification, including proof of identity, proof of address, proof of trading account ownership at the partner broker, and source-of-funds documentation. We may delay, partially process, or refuse withdrawals until verification is complete to our satisfaction.

9. Right to Refuse Service

CashBak reserves the right to refuse, suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if we suspect a violation of this Eligibility Policy, our Terms of Service, applicable sanctions regimes, or any other applicable law.

10. Acknowledgment

By creating a CashBak account or using our services, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. You agree that any false statement or misrepresentation may result in immediate account closure and loss of any cashback balance.
