How Cashback Works on CashBak

CashBak gives you back a portion of the spread or commission your broker charges on every trade. It's real money, paid to you, on trades you would have made anyway.

Where the money comes from

When you trade with a broker, the broker earns from the spread or the commission on each trade. Brokers pay a small share of that revenue to partners who bring them clients — this is called an introducing broker (IB) commission.

CashBak is an IB partner with every broker you see on our Brokers page. We pass most of that commission back to you as cashback.

How much you earn

Your cashback rate depends on:

  • Which broker you trade with — every broker pays a different rate
  • The asset category — Forex, Metals, Crypto, Indices, Stocks, Energy, and Commodities can each have a different rate
  • Your account type — some brokers offer different rates for Standard, Pro, ECN, or VIP accounts

Rates are shown on each broker's page on CashBak. They may be a fixed amount per lot (for example, $1.00 per standard lot) or a percentage of the spread or commission on each trade.

The cashback lifecycle

Every cashback record on your account moves through a series of states so you always know where things stand:

  1. Pending Verification — your trading account is being verified
  2. Waiting Deposit — your account is verified, waiting for a deposit to be detected
  3. Waiting Trading Volume — you need to trade for cashback to accrue
  4. Waiting Commission — your trades are recorded, waiting for the broker to pay us
  5. Commission Approved — the broker paid; your cashback is about to be released
  6. Cashback Ready — your cashback is in your wallet, ready to withdraw
  7. Cashback Paid — you withdrew it

You can see each record's current state under Dashboard → Cashback.

When you actually get paid

Cashback is credited to your wallet after our team confirms the broker has paid the commission. Most brokers settle within a few business days, but a small number take longer — we track each broker's average payout speed and show it transparently on their page.

Once cashback is in your wallet, you can withdraw it through any of the available withdrawal methods. See the Withdrawals section for details.

Where to track everything

Your full cashback history is at Dashboard → Cashback. Each record shows the broker, the trading account, the amount, the asset category, and exactly where it is in the lifecycle. If anything looks off, open a support ticket directly from the record — we'll see the exact context immediately.
