Service Not Available in Restricted Jurisdictions
CashBak services are not available to residents or citizens of certain countries due to regulatory restrictions, international sanctions, or partner-broker policy. If you reside in, are a citizen of, or are accessing the platform from any restricted country listed below, you are not eligible to register, trade through our partner brokers, or receive cashback.
Fully Restricted Countries
We do not offer cashback rebates or any CashBak platform services to individuals who reside in, access the platform from, or hold citizenship of the following countries:
- United States
- North Korea
- Iran
Why We Restrict
These restrictions exist because of a combination of factors: (a) local financial regulations that limit how cashback and Introducing Broker partnerships may operate; (b) international sanctions enforced by major financial systems; and (c) policies of our partner brokers that prevent them from accepting clients from these jurisdictions.
Your Responsibility to Verify
It is your responsibility to determine, before creating an account or trading, whether CashBak services are lawful in your country and whether the broker you choose accepts residents of your country. Regulatory and political situations can change — what is permitted today may be restricted tomorrow.
Determining Residency
Your country of residence is determined by your physical address, your tax residency, your government-issued identification, and the country from which you access the platform. Using a VPN, falsified address, third-party identity, or any other means to bypass these restrictions is a violation of our Terms of Service and will result in immediate account closure and forfeit of any cashback balance.
Consequences of Violation
If we identify that an account holder is a resident or citizen of a restricted country, we will: (1) suspend the account immediately; (2) cancel any pending or accrued cashback; (3) close the account permanently; and (4) cooperate with regulatory authorities or the partner broker where required by law or by our agreements.
Changes to the List
This list of restricted countries may be updated at any time without prior notice as regulations, sanctions, or broker policies change. The latest version is always published on this page. Continued use of CashBak after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated list.
Reporting
If you believe an account is being operated from a restricted country in violation of this policy, please report it to legal@cashbak.io. All reports are investigated confidentially.
