2. About Our Role

CashBak is a cashback rebate platform. We are not a broker, financial advisor, money manager, or investment firm. We do not execute trades, hold client trading capital, or provide investment advice. We act as an Introducing Broker (IB) partner: we return a portion of the broker's spread or commission to you as cashback.

3. We Do Not Hold Client Funds

CashBak never holds, custodies, or controls your trading capital. Your deposits stay with the broker you choose. Our role is limited to tracking your trading volume through our partner link and crediting cashback to your CashBak wallet.

Important: You never send money to CashBak. We pay you — the direction of payment is always toward you, never away.

4. Cashback Reduces Costs, Not Market Risk

Receiving cashback rebates does not reduce or eliminate the underlying market risk of your trades. You remain fully exposed to losses from price movements, leverage, slippage, swap fees, and other broker charges. Cashback only reduces your effective trading cost over time — it does not protect you from losing trades.

5. No Financial or Investment Advice

Nothing on the CashBak platform — including broker pages, comparisons, rate tables, calculators, articles, blog posts, support chat, or marketing material — constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. All content is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Consult a licensed professional before making any financial decision.

6. No Guaranteed Returns

Cashback amounts depend on your actual closed trading volume, the broker's policy, the instrument traded, account type, and the current rebate rate at the time of execution. We make no guarantee of any minimum income, payout amount, or profitability. Calculator estimates shown on the site are illustrative only and not a promise.

7. Broker Risk

Your choice of broker is your sole responsibility. Although CashBak partners with regulated brokers where possible, regulatory status, financial soundness, withdrawal reliability, and trading conditions can change at any time. You should independently verify a broker's licensing, segregation of client funds, jurisdiction, and reputation before depositing.

8. Eligibility
