Withdrawal Troubleshooting: Delays, Wrong Address, and Fees

Most withdrawals go through smoothly, but if something looks off, this page covers the common situations and what to do about each.

My withdrawal is taking longer than expected

First, check which stage it's at under Dashboard → Withdrawals:

  • Pending Review — our team hasn't processed it yet. First withdrawals on a new account take a little longer while we verify everything.
  • Approved / Processing — it's on its way; payout is being executed.
  • Paid — funds were sent; check the transaction reference.

Processing times depend on the method: Binance Pay is often minutes, crypto (BTC/ETH/USDT) typically 15–60 minutes once approved, and bank transfers take 1–3 business days. If you're well past these windows, open a support ticket from the withdrawal record.

I entered the wrong address

This is the most serious issue, so act fast:

  • If your withdrawal is still in Pending Review, cancel it immediately and create a new one with the correct details.
  • If it's already Approved or Processing, contact support right away. We can sometimes stop a payout before it executes.
  • Once funds are sent on-chain to a wrong-but-valid address, they generally cannot be recovered — blockchain transactions are irreversible. Always double-check the address and network before confirming.

Choosing the right network

For crypto withdrawals, the network must match:

  • USDT can be on ERC20 or TRC20 — these are different networks. Sending to the wrong one usually means lost funds.
  • Bitcoin goes on the Bitcoin network; Ethereum on Ethereum.
  • Your receiving wallet must support the exact network you select.

When in doubt, confirm with your wallet provider before withdrawing.

Understanding fees

Every method shows its fee before you confirm:

  • Some charge a flat fee (for example, a fixed amount on bank transfers).
  • Others charge a small percentage.
  • Binance Pay typically has the lowest cost.

The net amount you'll actually receive is always displayed on the withdrawal screen before you submit. There are no hidden charges from our side — though the receiving network or bank may have its own fees.

My withdrawal was rejected

If a withdrawal is rejected, you'll see a reason from our team. Common causes: mismatched account details, a verification issue, or a problem with the destination. Fix the issue noted and submit again, or open a ticket if the reason isn't clear.

Can I cancel a withdrawal?

Yes — while it's in Pending Review. Once approved or processing, it can't be cancelled. Plan accordingly.

Still need help?

Open a support ticket directly from the withdrawal record. It arrives tagged with the exact transaction, so we can look into it immediately.
