Verifying Your Email and First Login
After you sign up, there's one quick step before you can start: verifying your email. This page walks you through it and helps if anything goes wrong.
Why verification is required
We verify every email address to protect your account and to make sure cashback payments reach the right person. Until you verify, you can't sign in — you'll see a message asking you to confirm your email first.
How to verify
- Right after signup, we send a verification email to the address you used.
- Open your inbox and look for an email from CashBak.
- Click the verification link inside. The link is valid for 24 hours.
- You'll be redirected to CashBak with your account now active.
- Sign in normally — you'll land on your dashboard.
I didn't receive the email
This is the most common issue. Try these steps in order:
- Wait a couple of minutes — delivery can take a moment.
- Check your spam or junk folder — verification emails sometimes land there. If you find it, mark it "not spam" so future emails arrive normally.
- Search your inbox for "CashBak" or the sender address.
- Check the address you typed — a small typo in your email means the message went elsewhere.
The link expired
If more than 24 hours passed, the link no longer works. Simply request a new verification email from the sign-in page, or contact support and we'll resend it.
I verified but still can't sign in
- Make sure you're using the same email and password you signed up with.
- Passwords are case-sensitive.
- If you forgot your password, use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page to reset it.
Still stuck?
If you've checked spam, confirmed your email is correct, and still can't get in, open a support ticket (you can do this even before signing in, from the support section) and our team will manually verify your account and help you log in.
