My Account Is Verified but I See No Cashback — Why?

This is one of the most common questions, and there's almost always a clear reason. Here's how to diagnose it step by step.

1. Was the account opened through CashBak?

This is the number-one cause. For cashback to flow, your broker must associate your trading account with our partnership (our introducing-broker code).

  • If you opened the account directly with the broker — before joining CashBak or by going straight to the broker's site — the broker likely doesn't link it to us, so no commission reaches us, and no cashback reaches you.
  • The fix: open a new account through the CashBak broker page using the "Visit broker" link, or open a support ticket to ask whether your existing account can be transferred to our partnership.

2. Have you actually traded?

Cashback accrues on closed trades that generate commission for the broker. If your verified account hasn't placed real trades yet, there's nothing to accrue.

  • Demo accounts don't generate real cashback.
  • Open and close real positions; cashback builds from there.

3. Has the broker's settlement cycle passed?

Even after you trade, cashback isn't instant. The broker settles commission on its own schedule (some weekly, some monthly). Your cashback will show as pending until the broker pays us. Check the broker's typical payout speed on its page.

4. Is the account fully verified, not just submitted?

Make sure the account status is Verified (not Pending Review or Unverified) under Dashboard → Trading Accounts. Cashback only accrues on fully verified accounts.

5. Does the account number match exactly?

A single wrong digit in the account login means cashback can't be tracked to you. Compare the number on CashBak with the one on your broker platform, character by character.
